This climb of the highest mountain of the Sahara (3415 m) is a
10 days trek which will allow you to live a fabulous experience,
prolonged in 4WD vehicle (TOYOTA) by the discovery of Tassili
and the lakes of OUNIANGA KEBIR and SHEKIR (4 days).

until the top where awaits you an impressive panorama. Lastly,

2. ITINERARY IN 21 (or 23) DAYS
1 PARIS-NDJAMENA-HOTEL
2/4 Departure to Mossoro, Chedra (sahelian villages) in direction
of the famous oasis of Faya.
5/6 Crossing of Borkou while passing by the saltworks, significant
trade center of salt, the oasis of Tigui (palm plantation) and
finally the foot (bases) of Emi-Koussi.
6/16 There, starts your camel trek ( saddle camels for the baggages)
under the top management of our staff. Our climb to the top will
be done through stone paths, gueltas and small oases. The panorama
on the top is indescribable, because it offers a splendid sight
on the whole Tibesti : moment which will make you forget all the
sorrows of the climbing. The hot sources in the gorges of Yiyerra
decorate your way down towards the point of meeting with 4WD.
16/17 Head for the attractive lakes of OUNIANGA Kébir.
18/19 To Faya and the erg of Djourab.
20/21 Kouba-Moussoro- NDjaména and PARIS in the evening.
